THERAPEUTIC SERVICES

It is our concern to find and apply the best possible form of therapy for your needs.

We do not create med. diagnoses. If we the condition or the complaints with med. denote technical terms, this is intended for illustrative purposes only.

Please inform us about your current state of health or any changes thereto. There are diseases for which treatments may not be used or only to a limited extent.

TREATMENTS / COMPENSATION

Through our membership in the EMR (experience medical register) and ASCA (Swiss Foundation for Complementary Medicine), we are covered by around 80% of all Swiss health insurance companies. Through this membership, we are also subject to an annual 
Continuing education control of 20 hours.

Since our service is reimbursed via the "additional insurance for alternative medicine", we cannot guarantee reimbursement from health insurance companies. 

Before starting therapy, please inquire with your insurance company about the duration and amount of the reimbursement.

If you are unable to attend, you must cancel 24 hours before the agreed appointment.

Appointments booked less than 24 hours in advance are owed in the event of cancellation in any case.

The appointment will be charged according to the agreed time. In the event of a delay, there is no entitlement to compensation and the amount for the treatment time and the delay is owed.

BILLING AND PAYMENT TERMS

The price for a treatment is charged in 5-minute increments.

As a rule, the costs are owed after the treatment and paid immediately in cash.

No health insurance statements can be created for vouchers.

The offsetting of mutual claims is excluded

LIABILITY

The customer undertakes to provide all information to the best of his knowledge and belief and truthfully.

We cannot be held liable for damage caused by incorrect information and/or the omission of important details.

No liability is assumed for loss and/or damage to valuables such as jewellery, clothes, money etc.

Place of jurisdiction is Zurich CH.

Cancellations are not possible online. In the event of incorrect bookings or cancellations, please contact us.

Appointments can be booked up to 24 hours in advance.

Booked appointments are binding. If you do not show up, we will charge you for the appointment.
